Travis Younger – President – Travis Younger is the current President of BPOA. Travis has been in law enforcement for over 8 years. Travis is a night shift patrol officer. Travis is currently a member of the Special Response Team, an active Field Training Officer, a Swift Water Rescue Operator, a Boat Operator, a bike Officer, on the Honor Guard team, and on the Range Instructor team. Travis enjoys learning corny dad jokes and spending time with his family on his days off.
Steven Deliphose – Vice President – Steven Deliphose, II was born and raised in Houston, Texas and a second generation police officer. Officer Deliphose is married with two children. Officer Deliphose has 12 years of service and is a former K9 handler. He is currently assigned to patrol. Officer Deliphose is an FTO and a member of the Bellaire Police Department Honor Guard.

Delfino Guerra – Treasurer – Delfino Guerra was born and raised in Houston, Texas. Officer Guerra has been working for the City of Bellaire Police Department for approximate 7 years. Officer Guerra is currently assigned to patrol. Officer Guerra is an FTO and is a member of the Bellaire Police Department Honor Guard. On his days off, Officer Guerra loves to watch his son play baseball. -DELUXE!
Reis – Sergeant at Arms – Reis has served in public safety since 2008. He also spends many hours volunteering in various organizations to improve quality of life in our southwest Houston area. He has postgraduate certification in public administration, is a Certified Public Manager, and holds degrees from University of Texas Tyler and Blinn College. He thrives on serving, planning, and analyzing.
